Chair of the Community Service Fund (CSF)

We are seeking a Chair for the Community Service Fund (CSF) for the 2016-2017 academic year. CSF is the primary source of funding for community service RSOs. For the 2016-2017 academic year, CSF's budget will be $79,500.

Over the upcoming year, we're excited to strengthen the partnership between SG and the University Community Service Center (UCSC) in overseeing CSF. The Chair will oversee the allocations process for organizations applying to CSF, and work with SG and the UCSC to streamline the funding process. Additionally, the Chair will work with the Director of Finance in order to create and standardize reporting measures for the CSF budget and CSRSO allocations. Applicants for CSF Chair should have experience in an RSO (but not necessarily a CSRSO), an interest in budgets, and a highly collaborative and detail-oriented management style. Additionally, students should have a demonstrated interest in community-oriented programming. Expected workload should be 5-10 hours a week.

To apply, prepare responses to the following two questions and submit them, along with a resume, by Sunday, July 3rd at 11:59 PM. Resumes may be emailed to uofc.sg@gmail.com with the subject "CSF Chair Resume."
