Life of the Nourished Mind
Life of the Nourished Mind is a one day conference addressing issues of mental health and wellness on campus. First piloted in 2018, the Conference consisted of a keynote speaker, a faculty panel, an administrator feedback panel, and several workshops. The workshops covered a variety of topics, including mindfulness, supporting friend's through trauma, mental health and being a POC, using improv to reduce anxiety, and managing grief.
